SHERA ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN:U31102RJ2009PTC030434), a Private Limited Company formed on 08.12.2009 have climbed up the ladders of success in no time owing to its technological strengths and dynamic approach. It has its Registered Office at F-269-B, Road No. 13, Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan. . The two Directors of the company, Mr.Sheikh Naseem(B.E.Hons.) S/o Sh. M.D Moizudeen aged 39years and Mrs. Shivani Sheikh(B.E.) W/o Sh. Sheikh Naseem aged 38 are experienced professionals residing at S-I-II, Park Paradise, 57, Mahadev Nagar, Scheme No.8, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
The journey of our company began with a thought to use our previous experience and deep knowledge of transformers. With this thought Shera Metals & Engineers was established in 2003 to manufacture paper covered aluminium winding wires which is a basic raw material for the transformer industry. Having a better understanding of the needs of our end users, Shera Metal’s wires got an edge above the others. And over an year’s time, the firm itself started drawing wires for its paper covered winding wires. Starting with 8 heads of paper covering machine we reached a level of 250 heads………and it was again the time to take a step ahead. Shera Metals & Engineers with a strong foot entered into the next range of insulated wires i.e. enamelled wires. The product was again appreciated by our customers and we started manufacturing a wide range of copper and aluminium enamelled wires/ flats. Owing to the superior quality, the market demand of the company’s insulated wires grew constantly. Looking to our bulk orders we decided to further decrease our production cost and started purchasing copper and aluminium rods directly from the big companies . This year Shera Metals & Engineers has been converted into a Private Limited Company under the name Shera Energy Pvt. Ltd.
Today Shera Energy Private Ltd. is manufacturing an array of winding wires and strips with an annual production capacity of approximately 4560 metric tones per annual . The company is having more than 200 employees (including contract labour) working round the clock to meet our customers requirement.
Taking our growth to new heights, this year we are establishing a new unit for further expansions. Looking to the market demands, we have already started setups to enhance our production capacity of winding wires from 4560MT to 7580MT per annual. In this regard, our building construction has already begun and will be completed in the month of May 2011.

The Company is a professionally managed organization. The company is managed by a full time directors Sh. Sheikh Naseem & Smt. Shivani Sheikh. Both the directors are electrical engineers. Shri Sheikh Naseem is having more than 10 years experience in this line of activity. Shri Sheikh Naseem has started manufacturing 10 year ago. He is regularly doing business with government departments along with private parties since beginning. During 2003, a proprietorship firm in the style of M/s Shera Metals & Engineers was setup to meet enhanced requirement of additional products.

The company has a strong marketing team, which believes in developing long term business associates. We are supplying our product to almost all the major transformer manufacturing units of the state. We have marked our presence in other states of India also. We are an ISO 9001 company and are registered as approved vendor for suppliers of contracts under PGCIL. Our growth, superior products, wide range and better services have helped us to reduce the cost and increase our market share year after year. Now, taking a step ahead we are looking into the international market, constantly striving to expand to new territories and enhance sales.
